I’ve just started listening to the audiobook of Casander Darkbloom and the Threads of Power which I’ve been looking forward to for a while. I’ve also just started my next book from my Beat the Backlist challenge, Looking for Emily.
I’ve finished Tourmaline and the Museum of Marvels which was a wonderful adventure – I posted my review earlier this week. It’s taken me longer than usual to finish Fireblood as it’s been hard to find time in the evenings, but it’s one I really enjoyed, especially discovering more about the firebloods and their powers. Oh my goodness – I absolutely loved Fireborn: Phoenix and the Frost Palace. No-one felt safe in this , the peril is ever-present and that ending! I’m so glad I don’t have long to wait for the final part.
I’m hoping to read Alyssa and the Spell Garden next.
